In his presentation, Professor Datzov shared his work on evaluating the predictability of patent eligible subject matter–the topic of his most recent article (co-authored with Prof. Jason Rantanen), which is forthcoming in the Iowa Law Review.
His research findings and the article have received significant attention since they were first posted online last year. They have made national news, been cited in testimony before the U.S. Senate in congressional hearings, and been featured in numerous IP presentations around the country, including by some federal judges.
