Congratulations to Professor Blake A. Klinkner for becoming Vice President of the Central States Law Schools Association (CSLSA)!

Professor Blake A. Klinkner presents at the CSLSA Annual Meeting

Professor Klinkner assumed the Vice Presidency at the Central States Law Schools Association’s (CSLSA) Annual Meeting, which was hosted by Texas Tech University School of Law on September 6 and 7. During the Annual Meeting, Professor Klinkner presented his research on Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26 and the proportionality of eDiscovery.

CSLSA is a regional organization of law schools dedicated to providing a supportive forum for conversation and collaboration with respect to scholarly activity by law school academics. Membership in the CSLSA is open to any law school located in the central portion of the United States that is fully or provisionally approved by the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the American Bar Association or successor accrediting body.  Currently, there are approximately 45 member schools. Participation by faculty from non-member schools is also permitted.
