Professors Jennifer Cook and Denitsa Mavrova Heinrich recently presented at the 16th Global Legal Skills Conference at the University of Bari Aldo Moro in Bari, Italy.

The presentation, Global Lawyers: A Comparative Approach to the Ethical Use of AI in the EU and the U.S., examined current and proposed rules and regulations on AI use in the global practice of law. Professors Cook and Mavrova Heinrich were joined by Tatiana Caldas-Lottiger, International WoMenX in Business for Ethical AI, who discussed the European Union AI Act and its impact on regulating the ethics of AI use.
