The Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference will take place July 11 – 14, 2023, at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. This is a full conference for judges and members of the bar. All judges and attorneys are invited to attend the conference sessions. Guests are welcome to all social events.

The Judicial Conference will consider the business of the courts and address matters of importance to the administration of justice in the Eighth Circuit (28 U.S.C. § 333). ​​Programs of interest to both private sector and public interest attorneys will be featured, and all sessions will be led by experts and leaders in their respective fields.

Bruce will join Professor Orin Kerr and Professor Jeffrey Fisher in presenting a CLE Breakout entitled Applying the Fourth and Fifth Amendments to New Technology at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 13^th.  Mark will introduce and moderate the panel.
